(CNN)-The security breach in the U.S. Capitol office building on Thursday included some mistakes. For example, the Capitol Police failed to notice a pistol on the X-ray security screen and falsely told the police to look for white people who are familiar with the situation. Tell CNN, it’s women, not blacks.

Court records stated that Jeffrey Allsbrooks, a 57-year-old member of the Chief Administrative Office of the House of Representatives, took firearms and ammunition through security and entered the Longworth House of Representatives office building before President Joe Biden was about to arrive. Part of it previously led to the blockade. The Capitol building late Thursday morning.

Allsbrooks was charged with illegal possession of firearms, possession of unregistered firearms, possession of unregistered ammunition, and possession of a large-capacity ammunition supply device.

Als Brooks has pleaded not guilty. CNN's attempts to contact him were unsuccessful.

A criminal lawsuit alleges that Als Brooks entered the Longworth Building at about 7:43 am Eastern Time. Ols Brooks "passed his backpack and other items through an X-ray machine for security checks" and then proceeded through the metal detector. According to court records, Ols Brooks then picked up his belongings and walked into the building.

After Allsbrooks left, the police noticed an image of a pistol on the X-ray screen. Subsequently, a blockade order was issued against the building for the shelter in place.

The source told CNN that at first, the police issued a warning to a white woman, but soon changed the description to black.

The court records stated: "Officials began to look for (Alls Brooks) in the nearby area" and he "started to walk back to the security check area. The bags they had were taken away and placed on the X-ray belt for security checks."

Congressional police stated that they controlled the situation within 12 minutes. The department declined to comment on the wrong description of the suspect and the X-ray screening process.

According to records, Als Brooks was detained at 8:27 am Eastern Time.

According to the complaint, the crime scene technician found a black Glock 19 9mm pistol with 14 rounds in a 15-round magazine. The complaint stated that the gun was not registered in the District of Columbia, and Allsbrooks did not have a license to carry a gun in the District of Columbia. Allsbrooks told investigators that he had obtained permission to carry concealed guns in Virginia.

Allsbrooks was charged with illegal possession of firearms, possession of unregistered firearms, possession of unregistered ammunition, and possession of a large-capacity ammunition supply device.

The Congressional Police refused to comment on the possible disciplinary action of the police officer involved in the case, citing the ongoing investigation.
