Load the monthly rewards into your MVP card, and then when your MVP card is scanned, they will be automatically redeemed the next time you shop.
According to their website: "Reward offers must be obtained within the same calendar month and expire at the end of the next month. Rewards can only be used in Food Lion, have no cash value and are non-transferable. Rewards cannot be used to purchase tobacco, alcohol, prescriptions , Gift cards, stamps, services, including money orders or lottery tickets, are also not applicable to the purchase of dairy products in Tennessee, Pennsylvania, or Virginia.
After using your MVP card to earn rewards, the rewards will be automatically redeemed during shopping visits. Please refer to the "reward balance" in your MVP wallet to see what can be redeemed. "

Food Lion will not double the coupon.
Unless otherwise stated in the advertisement, they have no limit on the total number of coupons they can receive. Each customer can only use a maximum of 10 (ten) coupons to purchase the same product. This includes coupons downloaded onto your personal MVP card.
BOGO merchandise will ring at half price, so if you only buy 1 item, it will ring at half price. You can use coupons on every BOGO sale product.
You cannot use Food Lion store coupons and manufacturer coupons on the same product. According to the Food Lion coupon policy, "stacking" coupons like this is not allowed.

Electronic coupons: You can now load coupons from RedPlum.com manufacturers into your Food Lion MVP card, and when they scan your card at the check-in counter and purchase eligible goods, the discount will be automatically cancelled. I talked to the company and they confirmed that these are manufacturer coupons and cannot be combined with coupons from newspaper and other paper manufacturers.
